Monks, global, purely digital, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc., is proud to announce the launch of its new outbound marketing division, a.k.a Chuhai Monks, dedicated to helping Chinese brands succeed on the global stage. With a network spanning 33 global offices and a team of over 130 Monks based in China, Monks China is uniquely positioned to unlock growth for Chinese brands worldwide.

Chuhai Monks brings together a powerhouse team spanning strategy, creative, studio, social, and media capabilities. The division is focused on meeting the unique needs of Chinese brands in international markets, with a particular emphasis on branding, social short video content production and media. Leveraging our AI Content Studios in Songjiang, Shanghai, and strategic partnerships with TikTok, Google, and Meta, Chuhai Monks specialize in creating high-quality short video content at what we proudly call “China speed and cost”—tailored to resonate with global audiences.

Monks media services include three pillars: Media Activation, Managed Media and Media Advisory. Monks represent global media platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk and more, to help Brands get licenses or managed services focusing on the platforms. The Managed Media service focuses on media strategy, offering comprehensive media buy as a whole for mainstream platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc. Media Advisory aims to help Brands better assess the efficiency of online media buying, optimizing media processes with a brand-centric approach.
