职位描述 Job Description
This position is responsible for planning, managing and implementation of marketing initiatives relating to trade promotions, trade communication and trade education in Mainland China, in order to create awareness, build allegiance and drive business results via HKDL's trade channels.
Key Accountabilities:
Initiate, plan and manage innovative distribution marketing and trade engagement efficiency initiatives with enhanced tools and processes to drive incremental sales in all target regions in Mainland China, as well as support achievement of growth strategy, and successful launch of new sales products and business partnership
Facilitate different sales channels (including but not limited to travel trade & OTA) to expand their market reach by focusing marketing and sales efforts towards the mainland China to drive incremental growth in attendance and room nights
Extend marketing reach and increase HKDL penetration by capitalizing trade partner’s network and resources
Support to manage budget and timing in an optimal and cost effective manner while balancing show quality, guest experience and service standards
Support to activate a series of trade campaigns in the mainland China taking the chance of new offerings(attractions, entertainment products etc.) launch to establish a platform for sharing the latest happenings and highlight the Disney brand and value with the trade partners
Review usage and adaption of Disney IPs to create a user friendly and efficient review process and yet to reinforce high quality deliverables associated with Disney brand
Work closely with other internal partners such as Marketing/CPA/CI teams, etc. when necessary to deliver business goals
Nurture long term relationships with key strategic trade partners, including travel agents, airlines, HKTB and other tourism related organizations to solicit consistent support to HKDL products via joint promotions or events.
Manage warehousing in Guangzhou
Key Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, digital or a related discipline
6-8 years of marketing experience, responsible for digital marketing from Agency, FMCG is preferred, especially on digital/social campaigns from planning to execution, from operation to data analysis to insight/learning etc.
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Strong acumen on digital marketing and technology, including but not limited to the know-how of content generation for social campaign
Proven ability to manage projects from start to completion, within agreed timeframe, and within budget
Strong language skills with fluent English and Mandarin, knowledge of Cantonese a plus but not mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Window applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing
Ability and Behaviors:
Strong interpersonal & learning skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-orientated environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to make complex decisions to uphold the best interests of HKDL and its long term relationship with strategic partners
Self-motivated and can work effectively under minimal supervision once direction is obtained/aligned with leaders
