Shanghai.monks, the Shanghai office of global creative digital company Media.Monks, is looking for a Senior Producer. You’ll join our production team working on the flawless delivery of content. Our Studio is responsible for the at-scale delivery of assets, covering video, photo, social, ecommerce, retail and more. You’re the spider in the web, and the go-to person for our Studio clients, as well as our team members in Shanghai, working closely with our global and regional Hubs.

Responsibilities

- You are principally responsible for the at-scale production of content

- You are the go-to person for our Content Hub clients on a daily basis

- You orchestrate the on-time, on–budget and on-brief delivery of assets covering video, photo, social, ecommerce, retail and more

Requirements:

- You have 6+ years of hands-on experience in content production / assets at scale, with a proven track record managing high volume of interdisciplinary work.

- You are able to define, implement and improve processes for complex content production workstreams.

- You are skilled in Production Management of assets that require shooting (photo/video), as well as of digital/social non-shooting assets.

- You are skilled at production budgeting, planning, resourcing, shoot management, post production, etc.

- You have strong communications skills and are comfortable advising clients on production approaches.

- Fluent in English and Chinese (both required, written and spoken)
