Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage an operations team supporting business operations and outsourcing governance, deal with daily operations processes and manage relationship with account team, finance team and other related function teams.
- Lead operational consolidation and efficiency projects by developing and implement a change management plan to standardize and simplify operational processes across Ogilvy China.
- Optimize resource allocation and management through building more effective resource management systems and operations.
- Centralize vendor management and freelancer management to gain business values and extended resource support.
- Assess current systems and tools and recommend and implement modern ways of working enabled by technology, enhance business management information and reporting. Commercial Excellence
- Work with client procurement teams for selected clients, managing the relationship with client procurement, negotiating models and remuneration across specific service offerings, preparing relevant analysis to be shared with the client.
- Manage commercial governance across China, jointly develop and deliver best practice and training across Ogilvy and client teams. Requiremetns
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, business, management or marketing etc.
- Industry and professional experience: - 10+ years of experience in advertising agencies, consulting firms or related field.
- Proven excellence in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgably with high level executives internally and with Clients, in both English and Chinese.
- Financial and data analysis ability to extract insights from data/facts
- Strong negotiation skills and experience.
- Goal-oriented, organized and dedicated, proven track record of successful business sense and acumen.
- Client centric, client facing experience is preferred.
