Give Blood to Give Time
在日常生活中,我们会遇见献血车,经常接触呼吁爱心献血的消息。但也许并不知晓,献出的血液将如何具体地改变,甚至拯救,另一个生命。近日,美国红十字协会 (American Red Cross)联合美国癌症协会 (American Cancer Society)推出题为 ‘Give Blood to Give Time’ 的广告短片,由数百张黑白照片组合而成,记录了一位患癌女孩如何通过接受献血,重新恢复生命活力的故事。
短片前半段,一位美丽的女孩不幸患病,癌症夺走了她的快乐,带来疼痛与悲伤。
一根输血管道进入她的身体,流动着的红色血液在黑白影像中尤为凸显,血液的更新令女孩重焕活力。短片最后通过字幕告诉观众:输血可以延续癌症病患的生命(“ A blood transfusion can extend the life of a cancer patient ”)。
