Spinneys×黎巴嫩乳腺基金会：用揉面包的手法进行乳腺癌自我筛查
The Bread Exam
被称为“粉红杀手”的乳腺癌，发病率高居女性恶性肿瘤的首位。但这也是一种通过早期发现和筛查，有很大机率可以预防的疾病。可问题在于，很多国家和地区由于经济发展水平以及宗教信仰等原因，乳房筛查率低，这些地区的女性患有乳腺癌后的生存率也较低。
为帮助解决这些与身体私密部位有关的文化禁忌，在世界癌症日，麦肯巴黎为中东超市Spinneys、黎巴嫩乳腺癌基金会和 AUBMC 医院创作了《The Bread Exam》。
表面上，这是一个教人们如何烤面包的教学视频，但实际上，《The Bread Exam》却是使用与准备面包面团相同的手势，教妇女们如何进行乳腺癌自我检查，并发现乳腺癌的早期迹象。
视频以食谱视频的方式，用面包代表乳房，通过对面团的揉捏和按压，向大家展示了乳腺癌自我筛查的手法。这种为当地的文化习俗量身定制的创意，在不冒犯任何人的情况下，帮助女性进行乳房自检。
